As a part of our commitment to service, the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta is pleased to announce our new, improved portal for you, our fund advisors. This portal allows you to interact with your philanthropic funds via a secure, password-protected platform that’s mobile-friendly and easy to use.

The new giving portal launched on Tuesday, August 15. On that date, authorized contacts for funds of the Community Foundation received an email with instructions on how to create a custom password. If you are an authorized fund contact and did not receive that email, please check your spam or junk email folder. Please delete this automated email once you have successfully completed this process. The link contained in the email should only be used once, for establishing your initial password. Advisor Portal

Getting started

Our staff has worked diligently to migrate our database and is excited about intuitive functionality, but we know that any change can be challenging to navigate. As you explore the portal, we anticipate that you may still have questions or need assistance, and we are here for you. To better serve you and to provide the latest information, we have developed a quick-reference guide and additional resources, which can be found below.

1. Establish your password

You will receive an email from sender "no-reply@fcsuite.com," with “Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta” referenced in the email’s subject line. Follow the instructions to create a password for your account. Take note of your username (which is your email address) and password as you complete this process.

2. Access the portal

To access the portal at any time, simply go to cfgreateratlanta.org and click “Advisor Portal” in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Enter your username and password, and then select the fund you would like to review.

3. Landing page

The main screen provides an at-a-glance summary of the fund. You will also see the current spendable balance, updated in real-time, an overview of grants and contributions, and the current fund advisors will be indicated just below the balance. Note that each person listed as a fund advisor will have similar access to the Advisor Portal.

4. Explore and use the portal

Log in to check the balance of your fund, recommend a grant, track contributions and disbursements made from your fund, and access fund statements.
